Automatic Crimpers
The crimper for the top of the bottles was designed and manufactured to provide a manual alternative to manual crimping and picking operations. Features include; The crimp sleeve allows the operator to perform precise step-by-step adjustment up to 0.15 mm (0.006 in.) Lever cam construction provides a smooth, constant feeling during operation and requires very little user effort, and the “comfort grip” lever can be adjusted 360 degrees to accommodate the operator. The height and position of the unit are adjustable for different sizes of the bottle and bottle, which allows the operator to work in a comfortable position. Manual Crimper
